Before dispatching a car, we verify the arrival time of every flight via our Optima Systems' designed online flight check system. Reserved cars are dispatched early, giving the driver time to park his car and greet you upon arrival with your last name on a AirwayLimo.com sign. Although the flight arrival time is verified directly through the appropriate airline, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of flight information that the airline provides. If you do not feel comfortable relying on the airline information that is provided to us, please call us. For your convenience, we are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call us toll-free from any airport or residence.

The following are two situations where it would be in your best interest to call:

1) If there is an early arrival: please call us from the arrival airport before baggage is picked up.

2) If the departure is delayed: please call our toll free number from the departing airport to inform us of the change. 

Airport Meeting Points:

For Domestic Flights: if you do not see our driver by the gate, please call our number (1-800-844-0609) and our driver will meet you at the baggage claim area.

For International Flights: at the exiting gate outside the 
customs area.
